For ordinary household junk, furniture, clutter, and similar material, pricing is primarily based on how much space the job takes up.

Heavy or dense material requires different pricing than lightweight household clutter.
Access
Stairs, elevators, long carries, difficult parking, or limited access can increase the work involved.
Special Handling
Oversized items, disassembly, unusual lifting, or specialty removal may affect pricing.
